La secr\u00e9taire d&rsquo;\u00c9tat aux affaires financi\u00e8res internationales du minist\u00e8re des finances d&rsquo;Andorre, Noelia Souque, a particip\u00e9 aux r\u00e9unions avec la directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du r\u00e9gime fiscal et douanier du minist\u00e8re des finances du Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro, Biljana Peranovic.<\/p>\n<p>En un seul cycle, Andorre et le Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro concluent les n\u00e9gociations de la CDI le 10 janvier 2024, avec le paraphe du texte convenu.<\/p>\n<p>La prochaine \u00e9tape pour la CDI consiste en des proc\u00e9dures internes dans chaque pays, qui permettront au texte d&rsquo;\u00eatre sign\u00e9 puis ratifi\u00e9 par les deux pays.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette CDI, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.andorra-solutions.com\/fr\/conventions-fiscales-double-imposition-andorre\/\">l&rsquo;Andorre dispose d\u00e9sormais d&rsquo;un total de 16 conventions sign\u00e9es pour l&rsquo;\u00e9limination de la double imposition et la pr\u00e9vention de la fraude et de l&rsquo;\u00e9vasion fiscales<\/a>. Les pays concern\u00e9s sont les suivants : Espagne, France, Portugal, \u00c9mirats arabes unis, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Malte, Chypre, Hongrie, Saint-Marin, R\u00e9publique tch\u00e8que, Croatie, Monaco, Islande, Pays-Bas et Cor\u00e9e du Sud. Outre la CDI avec le Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro, l&rsquo;Andorre a paraph\u00e9 et est en passe de signer des accords avec la Belgique, la Lituanie.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c0 propos du Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro<\/h2>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mont%C3%A9n%C3%A9gro\">Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro<\/a> appartient \u00e0 la p\u00e9ninsule des Balkans. En 2002, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Serbie-et-Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s un pl\u00e9biscite le 21 mai 2006, le Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro a proclam\u00e9 son ind\u00e9pendance le 3 juin 2006. Il est le 192e membre de l&rsquo;ONU depuis le 28 juin 2006. Sa monnaie officielle est l&rsquo;euro et sa langue officielle est le mont\u00e9n\u00e9grin, bien qu&rsquo;elle coexiste avec le serbe, le bosniaque, l&rsquo;albanais et le croate.
