Le Plan de contr\u00f4le fiscal d’Andorre (PCF) pour l’exercice 2023 a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 au Journal officiel de la Principaut\u00e9 d’Andorre (BOPA) le 7 juin 2023<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Le PCF sert \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir et \u00e0 corriger la fraude fiscale dans le pays. C’est pourquoi, chaque ann\u00e9e, le minist\u00e8re des finances d’Andorre cr\u00e9e le PCF qui regroupe les actions de contr\u00f4le \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser par les diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s gouvernementales. Cela permet de s’assurer que les obligations fiscales des contribuables sont respect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

L’Andorre, par l’interm\u00e9diaire de l’administration fiscale, est tenue d’assister et d’informer les contribuables sur toutes les questions relatives \u00e0 leurs droits et obligations fiscales. C’est pourquoi la loi \u00e9tablit que, chaque ann\u00e9e, elle doit publier les crit\u00e8res g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pr\u00e9sents dans le Plan de contr\u00f4le fiscal et les actions \u00e0 mener.<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9partement fiscal d’ANDORRE INVEST – Andorra Solution, dirig\u00e9 par Berta Bonet<\/a>, avec la collaboration de Laura Lob\u00f3n<\/a> et Laura Palomera<\/a>, a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 des principales lignes d’action du Plan de contr\u00f4le fiscal en Andorre pour l’ann\u00e9e 2023, regroup\u00e9es par imp\u00f4t<\/a>.<\/p>\n

De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les actions du PCF 2023 en Andorre sont regroup\u00e9es en 4 sections. Chacune d’entre elles comporte des actions sp\u00e9cifiques pour chaque imp\u00f4t :<\/p>\n
