Cependant, le volume des investissements a baiss\u00e9 de 36 %, passant de 215 millions d&rsquo;euros \u00e0 336 millions d&rsquo;euros. \u00c0 noter que les chiffres de 2020 sont toujours plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que ceux obtenus entre 2014 et 2018.<\/p>\r\n<p>Parmi les demandes d&rsquo;investissements d\u00e9pos\u00e9es en 2020, 7 dossiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9s, repr\u00e9sentant une valeur d\u00e9clar\u00e9e initiale de 13 millions d&rsquo;euros, 25 dossiers \u00e0 11,4 millions d&rsquo;euros sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance et 2 sont en cours de traitement avec une valeur d\u00e9clar\u00e9e de 60.000 euros.<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 de ces projets d\u2019investissements provient des pays voisins, principalement de l&rsquo;Espagne et de la France en deuxi\u00e8me position.<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>La plupart des demandes d&rsquo;investissements sont li\u00e9es au secteur du service (441 dossiers), suivi du secteur de l\u2019immobilier (101 dossiers), qui repr\u00e9sentent ensemble la grande majorit\u00e9 des demandes. D&rsquo;autres secteurs tels que le marketing et le commerce de gros et de d\u00e9tail ont enregistr\u00e9 83 demandes.<\/p>\r\n<p>Les demandes officialis\u00e9es devant le notaire en 2020, quelle que soit la date d&rsquo;autorisation, \u00e9taient de 417, ce qui repr\u00e9sente 9% de moins qu&rsquo;en 2019 et avec un volume d&rsquo;investissement de 133 millions d\u2019euros ; 51,6% de moins si l&rsquo;on compare ce chiffre aux 276 millions de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\r\n<p>Depuis 2014, 5576 demandes d&rsquo;investissements \u00e9trangers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9es en Andorre. Le gouvernement a autoris\u00e9 5221 d\u2019entre elles, dont 4196 formalis\u00e9es, repr\u00e9sentant un chiffre d&rsquo;investissement de pr\u00e8s de 924 millions
