{"id":17558,"date":"2023-03-24T16:10:33","date_gmt":"2023-03-24T16:10:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.andorra-solutions.com\/?p=17558"},"modified":"2023-03-24T16:27:30","modified_gmt":"2023-03-24T16:27:30","slug":"negociaciones-convenio-fiscal-andorra-corea-del-sur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.andorra-solutions.com\/es\/blog\/2023\/03\/24\/negociaciones-convenio-fiscal-andorra-corea-del-sur\/","title":{"rendered":"Negociaciones convenio fiscal entre Andorra y Corea del Sur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 23 de marzo del 2023, las delegaciones de Andorra y Corea del Sur concluyeron las negociaciones del CDI &#8211; Convenio fiscal para eliminar la doble imposici\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n al impuesto sobre la renta y la prevenci\u00f3n de la evasi\u00f3n y elusi\u00f3n fiscales.<\/p>\n<p>Las negociaciones se completaron, de manera presencial en el Principado de Andorra, en dos rondas. La primera se realiz\u00f3 entre el 14 y el 16 de diciembre del 2022, contando con Marc Ballest\u00e0 , secretario de Estado de Asuntos Financieros Internacionales de Andorra y con Dae Yeon Kim, director del equipo de Tratados del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas de Corea del Sur. En la segunda ronda de negociaciones, del 21 al 23 de marzo, particip\u00f3 de nuevo por Andorra Marc Ballest\u00e0 y por Corea del Sur, Kwanghyo Ko, \u00a0vice-ministro de Hacienda y Aduanas del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas de su pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de las negociaciones efectuadas, acordando el texto del convenio, el siguiente paso es que cada pa\u00eds inicie sus tr\u00e1mites internos, para permitir luego la firma del texto y su posterior aprobaci\u00f3n por parte de ambos pa\u00edses.
