Mai<\/h2>\n<p>Nach unserem letzten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.andorra-solutions.com\/en\/blog\/2017\/10\/05\/30000-eur-active-residents-changes-law\/\">Artikel im Oktober<\/a>\u00a0und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.andorra-solutions.com\/de\/blog\/2018\/06\/01\/15000-aktiv-bewohner-aenderungsrecht\/\">aus dem letzten Monat<\/a> treten die \u00c4nderungen des Wohnsitzes f\u00fcr aktive Aktion\u00e4re (autonomos \/ compte propi) schlie\u00dflich am <strong>14. Juni 2018<\/strong> in Kraft. Es kann eine m\u00f6gliche \u00dcbergangsphase geben, aber dies ist nicht best\u00e4tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Wie bereits berichtet, wird sich diese \u00c4nderung auf alle zuk\u00fcnftigen aktiven Einwohner auswirken, die einen Wohnsitz beantragen, indem sie eine Firma in Andorra gr\u00fcnden \/ aktiv als Direktor oder Vorstandsmitglied arbeiten. Die folgenden \u00c4nderungen wurden best\u00e4tigt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sie m\u00fcssen mit mehr als 20% an der Firma beteiligt sein und nicht mehr mit dem aktuellen Minimum von 10%. Dies bedeutet im Wesentlichen eine <strong>Beteiligung von mindestens 21%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Sie m\u00fcssen eine<strong> Sicherheit \/ Kaution in H\u00f6he von 15.000 EUR<\/strong> bei der Regierung \/ der Finanzbeh\u00f6rde der INAF hinterlegen<\/li>\n<li>Sie m\u00fcssen 183 Tage in Andorra verbringen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bisher war keine Einzahlung erforderlich, aber ab sofort wird eine Anleihe in H\u00f6he von 15.000 EUR ben\u00f6tigt.
