Portugal hat das Verfahren vor der Versammlung der Republik genehmigt, sobald ihre internen Verfahren abgeschlossen sind. Wir erinnern daran, dass das Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen zwischen Andorra und Portugal am 27. September 2015 in New York vom Au\u00dfenminister Gilbert Saboya und dem portugiesischen Vertreter Rui Machete unterzeichnet wurde.
